I just got my alarm system from your company Total Watch Security Authorized Dealer of ADT Security System. At first I was so hesitant or let say afraid to say yes to Mr Frank Hernandez your Supervisor in getting this Alarm System because i just moved into this house of mine last June 02,2011 and like about after two or three days Mr. David Simpkins and Mr. Lynel Price a trainee I believe knocked into my door and offered me this Alarm Security System for free as in free Alarm System and free installation. And in the processed of them convincing me to subscribed into this system Frank really provided me with a good convincing power just for me to be at ease in dealing with them as your employee. Frank showed me his California ID and his ACE # (Alarm Company Employee #). I was convinced by him then. They even want to install the system the next day but due to unavailability of our schedule we scheduled them to come like after two days and the more that I was so convinced that I made the right decision in getting this alarm system because the guys that your company have sent to install this system into my premises are so great.
The Installer the great team aside from the above mentioned named are Mr. John Paul (JP) [Casas] and Mr. Steve [Finney.] John Paul and Steve have gone extra mile in even helping me with my telephone wiring.
